A4 sheets with 3 tear-off sections per sheet. This clean tear micro-perforation gives 3 x third A4 slips per page, so each section is 99mm high x 210mm wide (sometimes called DL or envelope size). Available in a choice of standard office weight 80g (29031) sheets, letterhead 100g or thicker 120g options (29032). All weights are suitable for laser and inkjet printing. We also have bulk 2000 sheet boxes of dashed perforated sheets (29030-D).
The 80g slips are proving to be very popular with NHS hospitals and care homes for patient catering and residents meal cards, 3 slips = breakfast, lunch and evening meal! We are now supplying a number of NHS trusts across the UK.
Our more substantial 120g version is ideal for retail and business use: shop shelf edge barkers, product inserts, compliments slips, school permission slips, manufacturing workflow, wholesale and distribution warehousing, and 3 section office administration forms.
At the moment we plan to discontinue the 100g version of this third A4 sheet once the current stock is used up. If you really need this weight and pack size - please feel free to get in touch! We will happily consider reintroducing this item as a main production stock sheet if there is a demand.
All versions come in a new easy-open-easy-close box size of 250 sheets for 120g paper, and 500 A4 sheets for the 80g, and 250 and 2000 bulk boxes of the 100g version.
These high quality micro-perforations give a clean and easy separation of each tear-off section, but remains strong during print and handling operations.

Word template (2007 and later) template for use with 29030, 29031 and 29032 third A4 sheets.
Template provided "as is". It is basically a fixed table to give 3 slips per sheet, there is a 6mm border at the top, and a 5mm border at the bottom of the page. You can change font, colours, alignment, add images and barcodes, basically anything you like. Some users output data from a database to this sheet in the form of a mail merge.
